A little gun-powdery when first opened but very drinkable, it's best opened in the morning ready to drink in the evening (if you can wait that long! A versatile wine that goes well with most dishes, it is especially rewarding with tomato based Italian food and red meats. The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed and selected parcels were fermented on French and American oak prior to blending.
