The shampoo does not give volume as stated below, but it shouldn't, it weighs down the hair, nourishes it (together with the conditioner of the same series and a professional care spray from another brand), the hair is super well-groomed, shiny, and thick. this one did ever so slightly as my hair is quite fine, but that could be down to me not washing it out properly.
