When my usual recipes became stale and the loneliness that weighed on me grew heavier with each day in isolation, I decided to begin experimenting with Persian cooking.I love how I can measure all the ingredients and add them to the rice cooker pot and not have to worry about timing the cooking process or burning the rice, not to mention the beautiful tadig it makes every time! The pot is then lifted up which will present a golden crispy layer on the top of the rice that is everyone’s favourite part! I can’t stand the flavor of it, and don’t like any dressings or other foods that have been “tainted” with the taste!
