Made in Italy from beechwood, known for its great density and resistance to liquids, this burger board was oiled during manufacture. To assemble to full board, I pulled out the appropriate number of bowls for condiments and set them on the board to get an idea of how much space they needed. When adding items like the cheese that won’t lay easily, put a couple small bowls under it to stabilize it.
