Für Anfänger scheint mir das Buch nicht geeignet, dabei erwecken die Texte zur Warenkunde, Rezepthinweise und Vorwort den Eindruck, dass gerade diese Zielgruppe mit diesem Kochbuch angepeilt wurde.
