I bought this and I got the latest batch of September 2019 and oh the smell is very synthetic, fresh lime with cheap pears, a little sweet apricot aroma that used to smell beautifully in the first reformulation in 2009 is now gone there is only a very synthetic lime with low quality pears and a little cheap magnolia. Stick to celene dions pure brilliance if you want a fresh pear spring like fragrance this im affraid must have been a practical joke at the labs at Revlon. Clever-ass Me thought I was going to pronounce this as the cheapie answer to Creed Silver Mountain Water (I was delusional that day - sorry). And then a few days ago I was in Boots browsing around and I came across it again, sampled it again. I sometimes smell like sea nuances, slightly salty, white floral I thinks Magnolia more prominent and also the smell of earthy, green grass after the rain.Nothing too complex, but would pair well with some BBW or Victoria Secret fragrance mists to enhance it. Yes this smells clean and has a bit of lime and other fruit to it but I wear it well and it warms up fine on my skin. Their scents have all stood the test of time, and as with the other Revlon fragrances, Charlie Silver is still as popular today as it was in the 90’. The only scents that come out is Lime and Lily-of-the-valley and the two of them combined is very harsh and funky, like floor cleaner for sure!

Smelled exactly like Fire and Ice Cool and Impulse Ico body spray - all three of which were the 'it' smells of the end of my teen years around 98-99. The product itself is quite intense, crisp with wood and bitter citrus notes, and the aroma is first class. In my opinion it's just something that smells the kind of non descript pleasant that blends into the background to get you through the day and sometimes that's nice and more than enough.I've been on a Charlie run ever since I discovered the other Charlie's outside of Charlie Blue/original smell better I've been hunting them down.
